Zoe-perry

Perry was born to Laurie Metcalf (actor) and Jeff Perry (actor). Two of her earliest television performances were Jackie Harris on ABC's sitcom Roseanne. Her mother played her role. The actress did not go on to consider a career in acting until she reached the age of adulthood due to her parents being concerned about the adverse consequences stress can have. Perry confessed that she wasn't confident in her acting during high school. She began performing as a means to make friends at Northwestern University after switching from Boston University. Perry left for New York, where she got small roles on shows like Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Home sickiness caused Perry back to California which was where theatre jobs were in demand. Her mother and she appeared on Broadway with her in The Other Place, in 2013. In 2015, she appeared alongside Kevin McKidd alongside her mother in Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize-winning drama Anna Christie. The Odyssey Theatre Ensemble is located in West Los Angeles. In the year 2016, Perry appeared on nine episodes of ABC's thriller The Family. In 2017, Perry starred in an appearance on ABC's political thriller Scandal along with her father. In addition, she played her younger Mary Cooper in Young Sheldon - which is a CBS spin-off from The Big Bang Theory. Despite the fact that she has a connection with her family to the character she received the role through an audition.
